The Legacy - Documentary

I produced a short film centered on a young girl in Jordan who discovers a forgotten leather bag at her grandparents’ house. Inside are letters, photographs, and keepsakes from the 1950s belongings of a late Palestinian woman. As the protagonist unravels these pieces of history, she’s drawn into emotional stories that reshape her understanding of identity, memory, and loss. Through this project, I oversaw the development process, managed logistics, and worked closely with the creative team to bring this deeply personal and historically rooted narrative to life.

Unhinged - Psychological Thriller

Role: Director of Photography

I was the Director of Photography for Unhinged, a 22-minute psychological thriller released in 2023. The film follows the character Ezrael as he grapples with piecing together a terrifying and fragmented memory of one harrowing night. My role involved crafting the visual language of the film, from lighting to shot composition, to heighten the emotional tension and psychological unease of the story. Unhinged received multiple accolades at MBRSC, including Best Film, Best Script, and Best Cinematography, the latter of which I was honored to receive for my work behind the camera.
